How's The Housing Market For First-Time Buyers? [December 2023]

Hello Home Buyer.


This Holiday Season might not feel like a good time to be a first-time home buyer - but it is.


At least - relative to next year's market conditions.


Here's what we're seeing right now:


1. Mortgage rates are back into the 6s

2. First-time home buyer discounts aren't expired yet

3. Homes are selling as fast as they can list


But my favorite part: the market is changing faster than the news can report it.
